​​​Michael is the Executive and Artistic Director of Ballet Arkansas and an internationally celebrated performer, dance educator, choreographer, and consultant with 20+ years of experience working in diverse professional environments in the United States and abroad. Michael accepts guest engagements year-round and is a sought-after nonprofit consultant.  Michael is the 2026 recipient of the Arkansas Arts Council's Governor's Arts Award for Community Development, highlighting his achievements in the Natural State.
